H.E. Ato Kebede Yimam, has opened a national workshop at Adama

A national research workshop on sustainable natural resources management for combating desertification and land degradation in arid and semi-arid areas of Ethiopia has taken place from August 14-15, 2018 at Adama. EEFRI DG has made discussion with INBAR DDG

Dr Wubalem Tadesse, Director General of the Ethiopian Environment and Forest Research Institute (EEFRI) and Dr Li Zhiyong, Deputy Director General of the International Network for Bamboo and Rattan have made a very fruitful discussion in Masters International Hotel, Addis Ababa, on 29th November 2017. Their discussion was mainly focuses on future bilateral collaborations between INBAR and EEFRI.        


HIMALAYAN FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE, SHIMLA Visited by High Level Ethiopian Delegation

Assessing Ethiopia’s capacity to participate in the Future Earth Initiative
